Cal was a pleasure to work with. Honest, not pushy and very timely on his responses. Cal provides a no "BS" assessment of a property and seems to have the buyer best interests. I recommend Cal Ernst as an agent anytime.

I would recommend Cal to everyone looking very helpful for me with a difficult situation even won over my Son-in-law who is protective of me, he still owes me moving 1 box in the house (a standing joke between the 2 of us, HA HA)

Cal did a terrific job as our real estate agent as we searched for a new home in Cedar Rapids. The houses he chose for us showed a clear understanding of the kind of properties we were looking for. He found our new house for us just as it was listed. There were no photos in the listing so Cal found a previous listing of the house to show us that it was worth seeing, took us to see it before any other showings were booked, and put us in a position to be able to submit a quick and ultimately [...]

He was great. First of all, he answered our questions very kindly and well. He took time to explain things to us when we didn’t understand. Very very nice.

Cal was very helpful and worked very hard at all the details in the sale of this property. We live 300 miles from this home and Cal kept us informed about everything going on. Cal covers all the details of selling our home even though we were not there all the time. Very congenial, detailed, and pleasant to work with.
